Very large and clean agency and friendly staff. They had a Children's Day celebration for the children with a theme from a popular movie/video game, the staff dressed up, nice gesture.

Very good attention from the seller in terms of their mechanical service. They lack more attention to their work. I had to return 2 times because they were not careful when tightening the oil filter and tube. Say since delivery and they solved it after complaining.

The best place for the maintenance of a Kia forte on this occasion I did not leave the agency and I claimed a slightly more comfortable waiting room was changed and in my opinion it was for the worse. The waiting room is in sales but I was very sleepy. It was convenient for me to wait there
